Our Work
The Bike Project
At The Bike Project, we collaborated closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to build automated processes within their existing Salesforce setup. We integrated and streamlined workflows across FormAssembly, Campaign Monitor, Shopify, Raisely, JustGiving, and Eventbrite, enhancing marketing, fundraising, programme delivery, and finance operations.
This cross-platform approach increased efficiency and enabled better data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Hope for the Young
At Hope for the Young, we supported a major redesign of their operational structure in Salesforce, focusing on the Mentoring and Grants & Advocacy programmes. We introduced Zapier and created integrations with Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, and Cognito Forms - simplifying workflows and improving service user experience.
Initially a project engagement, this work evolved into an ongoing strategic and implementation partnership.
My Big Career
We worked with the CEO to implement My Big Career’s first Salesforce setup, designing the operational architecture while retaining the organisation’s pre-existing processes. We managed a complex data migration including inconsistent school records and developed a reporting framework to improve consistency and insight.
The system made it easier to track each young person’s journey, manage grant funding, and support decision-making across programmes.
